I think I need a break!
I, unfortunately, did not reach my goal to complete 10 shots for this week. I could only manage 4 (whoops!).
However, I'm not disappointed. I made so much progress in the last three months and it'd be unfair to me if I said that I didn't try my hardest. Especially, since I attempted to fit a full-time job within the sliver of time that I have. And besides, I have the entire winter quarter to sweep up the rest of the work that I have after I finish my seasonal job.
For the next, and final week, my goal will be a simple one: finish 2 easy B-shots and 1 A-shot, and compile all of the sequences into a rough draft film. With sound and music.
So here are the 4 shots I completed inbetweening for this week: shots 8, 56, 71, and 74.
One of the lessons that I've learned while making this film was that achieving micro, bite-sized goals is much more satisfactory than crunching to overtake large, ambitious ones. I didn't need to constantly prove myself that I'm an ambitious person.
I hope that anyone who reads this takes this lesson into mind!
Thank you so very much for reading.
See you next time with the full film!
